Professional clinical supervision designed for trainee and qualified therapists seeking to refine their therapeutic skills and feel fully supported in their client work. Sessions focus on your growth as a therapist, training needs and career development. I wor clinician self-care in a supportive online environment. I will fully support you with burnt out and compassion fatigue with self care strategies that will underpin your practice. I can help you manage caseloads, deal with risk issues and ethical dilemmas as well as how you may be supported in your work and training environment. I will support you in how you wish to evolve and grow as therapy and identify how your practice can grow on your own terms. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and Good Practice Principles. I offer fortnightly and monthly supervision based upon your caseload and practice requirements. Reduced rates for therapists in training.
