Individual Therapy
There are times in life when things can feel overwhelming, confusing or difficult to manage alone. You may be struggling with something happening in your life now, finding yourself affected by experiences from the past, or simply feeling that something needs to change.
Individual therapy offers you a confidential and supportive space to explore what is going on for you, at your own pace. Together, we can begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be affecting your life and relationships.
I work with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:
Anxiety and stress
Low mood and depression
Relationship and family difficulties
Loss and bereavement
Low self-esteem and lack of confidence
Life changes and uncertainty
Difficult experiences from the past
Attachment and relationship patterns
Feeling stuck or unsure about the next step in life
My approach is not about telling you what to do or having all the answers. Instead, therapy provides a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported as we explore what matters to you.
I believe that our past experiences and relationships can shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others and respond to the world around us. Where it feels helpful, we can explore these patterns together and consider how greater awareness and understanding might help you make meaningful changes.
Whether you come to therapy with a specific issue or simply a sense that life does not feel quite as you would like it to, we can work together to explore what is happening and find a way forward.
