Couples Counselling
Relationships can be one of the most important parts of our lives, but they can also become a source of pain, confusion and loneliness. You may find yourselves having the same arguments, struggling to communicate, feeling disconnected, or unsure about how to move forward together.
I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your relationship and gain a deeper understanding of yourselves and each other. Together, we can look at the patterns that may be affecting your relationship, including communication difficulties, conflict, trust, intimacy and emotional disconnection.
I also work with attachment and relationship patterns, exploring how our early experiences and past relationships can influence the way we connect with others. Understanding these patterns can help couples recognise why certain situations or behaviours can feel particularly difficult or emotionally charged.
I welcome people from a wide range of relationship structures and partner dynamics, including couples and partners of different sexualities, gender identities and relationship backgrounds. My approach is inclusive and tailored to you, recognising that every relationship is unique.
Whether you are experiencing difficulties, facing a particular challenge, or simply want to better understand and strengthen your relationship, counselling can provide a space to explore what is happening and consider new ways of moving forward.
