Online therapy for people living abroad
Living abroad can be an exciting and rewarding experience, but it can also bring unexpected challenges. Being away from familiar surroundings, family and friends can sometimes leave you feeling isolated, unsettled or unsure about where you belong.
I offer confidential online psychotherapy for adults living abroad who would like the opportunity to talk things through with an experienced therapist in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.
You may be adjusting to a new country, experiencing difficulties in a relationship, feeling lonely or disconnected, or simply finding that life abroad has brought up feelings or questions you weren't expecting.

A familiar space, wherever you are
Sometimes you may not be able to put your finger on exactly what is wrong. You may simply know that you don't feel quite yourself. Therapy can provide a space to explore what is happening and begin to understand what you need.
You don't have to travel to an unfamiliar clinic or explain your circumstances to someone who doesn't understand the experience of living away from home. Our sessions take place online, offering flexibility and privacy while allowing us to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship.
I work with people living in different countries and from a range of backgrounds. You don't need to be a British expat to work with me — if you are living abroad and would prefer to have therapy in English, you are welcome to get in touch.
