I will fully support you with burnout and compassion fatigue through self-care strategies that will underpin your practice. I can help you manage caseloads, deal with risk issues and ethical dilemmas, as well as ensure you feel supported in your work and training environment.

I will support you in how you wish to evolve and grow as a therapist and identify how your practice can flourish on your own terms. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and Good Practice Principles.

I offer fortnightly and monthly supervision based upon your caseload and practice requirements.

I am qualified in Counselling for Depression and Supervision for Counselling for Depression (CfD).
